User-Provided Content & Copyright

AudioCue is a software tool that allows users to import, create, manage, and display their own content for rehearsal, practice, and live performance purposes.

AudioCue does not provide, license, sell, host, or distribute copyrighted content. This includes, but is not limited to, song lyrics, backing tracks, audio recordings, music files, or musical works.

All lyrics, backing tracks, audio files, and other media used within AudioCue are supplied by the user. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate rights or permissions to use any content they import into the Software.

AudioCue also includes tools that allow users to create their own musical data, such as drum patterns or sequences. Any musical output created using these tools is generated by the user and remains the user’s responsibility. AudioCue does not provide pre-licensed rhythms, performances, or recordings.

AudioCue does not verify the copyright status of user-provided or user-created content and does not monitor, review, or redistribute such content to other users. Content is used only within the Software and is not made publicly available by AudioCue.

If we receive a valid legal request or notice relating to copyrighted material, we will respond in accordance with applicable law.
